Fabrizio Scrollini

Fabrizio Scrollini is a researcher working on public information access, transparency, and open data. He has a law degree from the Catholic University of Uruguay (UCU), a Masters of Public Policy at Victoria University of Wellington and is a PhD candidate at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
