Maricarmen Sequera
Maricarmen Sequera is the executive director of TEDIC, a non-profit organization that develops civic technology and defends human rights on the Internet in search of a free culture in Paraguay. She is a lawyer who graduated from the National University of Asunción, specializing in intellectual property. She worked at the Department of International Relations at Paraguay’s Executive Office (2009-2011) and conducted research on politics and law in Beijing in 2011. She has lived in Paris where she expanded her knowledge on human rights in the digital environment.
